I’m throwing it back to my freshman year of college with Glass Animals! This was be my third Glass Animals concert, but my first time experiencing some of the greats including Heat Waves and Creatures in Heaven.

  • Cage the Elephant

    08.16.24

Another throw back to my freshman year of college, how about that! I saw Cage the Elephant and Glass Animals each twice in the same week back in 2016. I’ve been ecstatic to have them both back in action and touring close to Omaha.

  • Kings of Leon

    09.27.24

I checked off a bucket-list concert in Nashville, TN! From Sex On Fire to Use Somebody to Mustang, I loved every moment these legends played in THE city known for their live music. This concert was special for me, my dad, and my middle sister who jammed out all night long!

  • COIN

    10.01.24

This concert was a LONG time coming. I was originally scheduled to see COIN before covid hit. When the concert was rescheduled, of course it was scheduled over my bar exam date (like, are you kidding me?!). After much disappointment surrounding the missed concert, I finally got to see them again, making this my third COIN concert!

  • The Airborne Toxic Event

    10.05.24

My second time seeing The Airborne Toxic Event (ATE) did not disappoint! The last time I saw ATE was following the release of the album and book Hollywood Park. I have massive respect for Mikel Jollett and loved hearing him sing my new favorite, Glory!

  • lovelytheband

    lovelytheband

    10.09.24

Lovelytheband were just as good the second time as they were the first! I only wish they would have been able to play longer. I love their new album and enjoyed hearing my new favs, Sail Away and Nice to Know You live!

  • Modest Mouse

    11.12.24

An impromptu Tuesday night Modest Mouse concert turned out to be better than expected! After a disappointing headlining performance in 2023, Modest Mouse turned it around and played a decent show at The Steelhouse. Props to them for picking it up!

  • Wallows

    02.06.25

The Wallows absolutely blew me away! I’ve been waiting to see the Wallows live since they debuted under the name “Wallows” in 2017. Although my Wallows sushi-themed merch didn’t last until 2025, my love for them definitely did and this concert was worth the wait!

  • Hippo Campus

    02.15.25

Hippo Campus is one of my all-time favorite bands, up there with The Wrecks and Fallout Boy. I saw them for the sixth time, which ties The Wrecks for my most-seen band! This concert was so much fun, my sisters and I danced around as I sang every single word!

  • Papa Roach and Rise Against

    04.10.25

Papa Roach and Rise Against blew my mind! The last time they were in town the budget was too tight to go, but this time I made it happen. They were absolutely amazing live. I sang along to every song at the top of my lungs and had an absolute blast!

  • The Wrecks

    04.29.25

7th time is the charm?! The Wrecks did in fact drop a new EP before this tour! I scrambled to learn all of the words in time, but was able to belt out every word when the time came! The Wrecks always bring unmatched energy and I will see them every chance I get!

  • Mike.

    06.20.25

Saw Mike (formerly Mike Stud) in concert at Stir Cove in June! I was right, I didn’t know a single one of his songs, but had a complete blast anyway! As an independent artist, he didn’t have an opener, but spent the whole night interacting with the crowd. He is truly entertaining!

  • Glass Animals

    08.05.25

I swear, the amount of times I’ve traveled to see bands just to have them announce an Omaha stop on the second leg of their tour is insane. It does allow me to see some of my favorite bands in short spans of time though which is honestly a win-win. Had the best time seeing Glass Animals on the second leg of their tour!

  • Simple Plan, 3OH!3, Bowling for Soup

    08.20.25

Three iconic blasts from the past performed in Omaha in August 2025! I loved hearing throwbacks like I’m Just a Kid, Don’t Trust Me, and 1985. It was a perfect night hearing some of our favorite jams in the most perfect summer weather!

  • Leila's Rose

    08.23.25

Saw the local (South Dakota & Omaha) band Leila’s Rose perform at the Slowdown. With a combination of originals and covers, we jammed out to every song. They really knew how to engage the crowd!

  • Linkin Park

    08.29.25

Saw Linkin Park perform at the CHI Health Center in August, 2025! I truly love the new female lead’s voice and it blew me away live. I’m glad they are back following the devastating loss of Chester Bennington in 2017. This was an unforgettable night.

  • Franz Ferdinand

    10.07.25

This was my first time seeing Franz Ferdinand perform live and I had so much fun! Take Me Out consistently lands on my shuffle playlist and it felt so nostalgic to hear it played live!

  • All Time Low

    New List Item

    10.11.25

All Time Low did not disappoint this October! They put on such a fun show and were joined by three great openers— Mayday Parade, The Cab and The Paradox. This show, more like a mini festival, was unreal!

  • The Wombats

    10.25.2025

My family flew to Denver to see The Wombats perform and they were fantastic! The openers, Red Rum Club and Only the Poets also put on fabulous shows!

  • Mumford & Sons

    10.26.2025

After flying home from The Wombats, we saw Mumford & Sons at the CHI Health Center! Their set design was incredibly cool, with moving chandeliers and rope lights over the whole stadium.

  • The Band Camino

    10.30.2025

The Band Camino, and their openers In Color and Almost Monday put on such a fun night before Halloween concert! The Midland Theatre in KC is one now on my list of favorite venues!

  • A Day to Remember

    10.31.2025

Halloween season concerts are so much fun! A Day to Remember and Yellowcard lived up to their tour name — Maximum Fun — with this show. Just incredible!!
